• Reliability. Showing up when you said you would matters more here than any single line on a resume.
• Respect for the property. Protecting the space, cleaning up, and leaving it better than you found it.
• Safety, every time. Following safe practice is part of the job, not an extra.

Experience in hardscaping or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.

We are a small team, so openings come and go with the work. These are the roles we hire into.

Hardscape Installer

Help build patios, walkways, paver areas, walls, and other outdoor features from site preparation through finishing work.

Qualifications

• Experience with residential hardscaping or general outdoor construction is helpful
• Comfort working outdoors in changing weather conditions
• Ability to follow plans, measurements, and job-site instructions

Landscape Crew Member

Support landscape installation and improvement work while helping keep outdoor project areas organized and ready for construction.

Project Lead

Coordinate field activities, communicate project details, and help keep residential hardscaping work organized from preparation through completion.

• Ability to read project details and coordinate a field crew

Hardscape Apprentice

Learn the fundamentals of outdoor construction while assisting experienced crew members on Scottsdale-area projects.
