Hardscaping Scottsdale was built around a simple goal: help Scottsdale homeowners make better use of their outdoor spaces. We are a local hardscaping business focused on practical design, durable construction, and outdoor areas that feel natural with the desert setting.
Founder Daniel Herrera started Hardscaping Scottsdale after spending years working on residential outdoor projects throughout the Valley. Daniel grew up making regular trips to Scottsdale with his family and eventually made the area home. He became especially interested in the way Scottsdale properties blend indoor living with patios, pools, gardens, views, and other outdoor spaces.
After seeing homeowners struggle with outdoor areas that looked unfinished, were difficult to use, or were not planned around Arizona conditions, Daniel decided to build a company centered on thoughtful hardscaping. He believes the best projects start with listening to the homeowner and understanding the property before choosing materials or features.
Today, the company brings that same approach to hardscaping, landscaping, pavers, retaining walls, artificial turf, outdoor fireplaces, and pergolas. We keep the conversation straightforward and focus on creating spaces that are comfortable, durable, and useful for the people who live there.
We focus on Landscaping, Pavers, Retaining Wall, Artificial Turf, Outdoor Fireplaces, and Pergolas. Each service has its own page so you can see exactly what is involved before you call.
We are based around Scottsdale, AZ and serve Scottsdale, including McDowell Mountain Ranch, McCormick Ranch, Paradise Valley, Gainey Ranch, and Desert Mountain.
We believe good outdoor work starts with understanding the property, the existing conditions, and how the finished space will be used.
Scottsdale's sun, heat, grades, drainage, and desert character should influence outdoor project decisions.
We explain the work in plain language and make room for questions before decisions are made.
We care about how homeowners actually walk, sit, entertain, relax, and spend time outside.
